Just Follow the Simple Steps:
1. Click Start to Open Start Menu.
2. From start menu run a programme: "gpedit.msc"
3. Then Goto 'Local Computer Policy'>>'Computer Configuration'>>'Administrative Templates'>>'Network'>>'QOS Packet Scheduler'>>'Limit Reservable Bandwidth'
4. Then Double click on 'Limit Reservable Bandwidth'.
5. Then Select 'Enable' and Change from 20% to 0%.
6. Then Click Apply and Enjoy. Tip: Always Back Up Your Datas to Skip Risk of Data Loss Due to Virus and Worms. Keep the Backed Up data to External Device.
